We'll set up a demo for you and your staff to show you the wide range of automations that Converse can build. After the demo, we can scope out the automations that will most help your practice.
Often these are: scheduling new patients, appointment reminders, drafting letters of appeal, fill out RFAs, contacting patients for medical histories, etc.
Create your first prototype
We'll create a non-integrative prototype to show you how your automation will work and get your feedback.
Integrate with your EHR and staff procedures
We'll integrate the automation into your EHR and make sure it has the contact points with staff that will help them maximize its value.
We'll Take It From there
We'll monitor your workflows progress and value and adjust it based on any feedback or changes. When you see results, we can build and customize any additional workflow you need.
